Head of Research and Strategy Unit, Analysis and Strategy Department in the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development. Has over 18 years of experience in conducting actions supporting small and medium sized enterprises. Responsible for coordination of research projects and analysis on entrepreneurship, especially SME sector development as well as designing of new policy for entrepreneurship development and innovation. Co-author of various reports on entrepreneurship in Poland, among them Report on SME sector in Poland as well Global Entrepreneurship Report – Poland. Member of Polish Team in GEM project since 2011. Main interest: entrepreneurship and innovation ecosystems, social innovation, work place innovation, motivation as the growth factors, financing.
Holds a MA in Economics at the Staffordshire University UK and MA in Banking and Finance at the Warsaw School of Economics. Completed Project Management postgraduate studies at the Warsaw School of Economics and Academy of Evaluation at the Centre for European Regional and Local Studies (EUROREG) at the University of Warsaw.
